You can get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

-Items must be unworn and unwashed.
-Hygiene seals and other protective elements can not be removed.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase must be included.
To make a return, follow these steps:

Pack the items, proof of purchase and the refund form, either in the original packaging, or any other packaging suitable for that purpose.

After we receive your return form we will send you a confirmation by email to receive information about your withdrawal.

Once your refund is approved you will receive payment via the same method as you made your purchase.
After approving the refund (the articles must be in perfect condition, refund form have to be included) you will receive a confirmation email.
The amount will be paid into your account no later then within 7 days from the date of receive information about your withdrawal.
